VisaPhotoCheckPreview first

Hand back a compliant photo, not a rejection to explain.

Upload the photo and pick the document. We replace the background with the color that document requires, level a tilted pose, rescue a marginally low-resolution shot, then crop and resize it to the document’s exact pixel and millimeter spec. What comes back is a compliant file and a printable sheet, not a list of fixes for the applicant to make themselves.

About a third of the photos we check fail their document’s requirements.

That number comes from our own production traffic, not a survey. Today, a failure like that usually means sending the applicant to a photo shop across town, or one of your own staff opening an editor and guessing at a background color nobody can verify.

Without a fix in place

  • A second trip, or a customer who does not come back
  • Staff time spent in an editor, guessing at a color no one can verify
  • A submission that comes back rejected weeks later

With VisaPhotoCheck

  • Background, pose and crop corrected in the same visit
  • A compliant file and print sheet handed back, not a to-do list
  • $0.15 to $0.29 a check, not a per-editor-hour cost

What gets fixed automatically

Every upload goes through the same pipeline before it reaches you.

Background

Removed and replaced with the exact color that document's specification requires, not a hardcoded white. Different documents call for different shades; the file is composited onto whichever one the selected profile specifies.

Pose

A tilted head is leveled, and a mild chin-up or chin-down angle is straightened. A head turned sideways is left as is: that needs a reshoot, not a correction, and the result says so directly instead of guessing.

Resolution

A photo just under the required resolution is rescued with a bounded upscale. Below half the required size, the fix would look soft, so it is rejected instead of handed back looking worse than it started.

Crop and size

Cropped and resized to the document's exact dimensions in pixels and millimeters, then delivered as a document-ready file plus a printable sheet.

Every rule cites where it came from.

Anyone can copy a 35×45mm preset off a blog. What they cannot copy is the audit trail. Each of our 98 document profiles records the authority’s own specification URL and the date it was last read.

92

Officially verified

Confirmed against a primary government source, with the URL and the verification date stored alongside the rule.

6

Official review pending

Maintained as portal-safe presets while we confirm them. The panel labels these plainly rather than hiding them among the verified ones.

Plans

Set against sending someone to a photo shop, or spending staff time in an editor, $0.15 to $0.29 a check with the correction included is rarely a difficult trade.

Monthly, cancel any time. Your allowance resets on each renewal, and a rejected check always earns one free recheck within 24 hours.
