What a review does, and what it cannot
Two kinds of finding. Verified findings are decided by arithmetic against the rule the authority published — passport validity, the required document categories, whether your documents name the same person. Assessments are a judgement about what your file does not yet show, each tied to a refusal ground the authority itself lists. Neither predicts the decision: a visa is discretionary and nobody can promise you one. How much of a report is arithmetic differs by country, and each page says so.
Your documents are deleted the day after your report
Your files are stored privately while the review runs and deleted automatically the day after your report is ready. We keep the report, not the documents. Nothing is uploaded until you press Review.
