VisaPhotoCheck provides an AI-powered service to check passport, visa, and immigration photos against official embassy and consulate requirements. We process your uploaded photo, validate it against specified document requirements, and provide compliant output files for download upon payment.

VisaPhotoCheck is operated by DEVRAN BOYACI, a sole proprietorship based in Turkey.

2. Payment Terms

You pay only when your photo passes all compliance checks. Payment is required before downloading high-resolution files. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Prices are listed in USD and may be converted to your local currency at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact support@visaphotocheck.com to initiate a refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for uploading a clear, front-facing photo that meets basic quality standards. You must ensure you have the right to use and process the photo. You agree not to upload photos containing illegal content, offensive material, or images of individuals without their consent.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. By uploading a photo, you grant us a temporary license to process, store, and deliver compliant output files. We do not claim ownership of your photos and will delete them according to our data retention policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure photo compliance, but we cannot guarantee that every photo will be accepted by all authorities. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not responsible for visa denials, application delays, or other consequences beyond photo compliance.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice.
