Saudi Arabia Visa Photo Requirements (MOFA)
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) requires a portrait-format photo for all visa types including tourist, business, and Umrah/Hajj visas.
- Size: 4cm × 6cm portrait (40×60mm).
- Digital: 472×709 pixels at 300 DPI.

Saudi Tourist Visa Photo (eVisa)
Since Saudi Arabia opened tourism in 2019, millions of visitors apply online through the Saudi eVisa portal. The photo upload step rejects images that don't meet the 4×6cm spec:
- Photo must be in JPEG format under 200KB.
- No hats or head coverings (except for religious reasons).
- No sunglasses or tinted lenses.
- Head coverings for Muslim women accepted if face is fully visible.
